Refund Policy

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or returns on any change of mind items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In the event that a return has been requested it will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

All returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of the delivery date at the cost of the customer

Unsealed products can not be returned or refunded due to health and hygiene reasons

Sale items can not be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.

If you claim a free gift/s with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift/s must also be returned.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
